American Drag Racing League star Alex Hossler is quickly becoming one of the most recognized names in doorslammer racing. Hossler, behind the wheel of Sheikh Khalid Al Thani’s Jerry Bickel Race Cars built Pro Extreme ’69 Camaro, rotated the earth earlier today when he covered the eighth mile at the Qatar Racing Club in jaw dropping 3.534 seconds at 213.27 mph! Hossler did so while defeating teammate Von Smith, who also drives a JBRC built ’69 Camaro for Sheikh Khalid’s Al-Anabi, in the finals of the Arabian Drag Racing League event in Doha, Qatar. Smith ran an outstanding 3.555 at 212.43 making the run the quickest and fastest side-by-side passenger car race in history!
