Is there a proven recipe for running a FASS 150 with a Titan tank. I want to avoid the 1/4 tank problem. I would prefer not to run a sump since my truck is stock height and I've been in crap deeper than the frame rails before. Should I go with a PPE pickup, or a Draw Straw, or what? I have found a few threads about this, but no definitive answers. And this would be for a 2006 LBZ if that matters. Thanks in advance.

Edit: I would also like to hear from you if you have a stock tank.

Get rid of it and buy an AirDog lol problem fixed. Haha jk.

I'd just get a 1/2"qc fitting and hook to your sending unit then do the ppe pick up mod. You can get the 1/2"qc from your local parts store. Just look in the Dorman section. Then get a 3/8" female to 3/8" male barbed fitting and attach it to the line going to the pump.

That will be the best thing you could do without doing the sump.

You can do like I did with my air dog. Use the vent line in the top of the sending unit for the return from the pump. Use a bulkhead fitting in the top of the tank and make it the vent. Add a piece of fuel line from the nipple sticking into the tank down into the factory basket.

This will help as the return fuel from both the engine and the lift pump go back into the basket. This helps with the 1/4 tank issue since the returns will feed the suction.

Does that not feed the cp3 hot fuel as it is not mixed as much with the rest of the fuel in the tank??

The factory return is into the basket.

As for the over engineering, I just used the extra parts I had laying around. The draw straw fitting became the vent, the extra fuel line was used to direct the fuel return into the basket.

Or you can drill the diffuser holes out the the OEM size on both where the return hooks up ans the one beside of it then your return won't cause suction issues which in turn causes you to run out of fuel prematurely.
