Working in a family business is both rewarding and tough. My father started the company in 1979 as a fuel injection shop. My brother and I have taken it over and added on a drive in service shop. People think it is easy and don’t appreciate the hard work and sacrifices involved. It is hard to keep employees happy all the time. If you don’t let the stress get to you and treat people fair, in the long run there is not better job than working with family. <O
