05silverado duramax 2500 what can I do to get a little more power and fuel mileage .Don't want to spend a whole lot of money.?

Some tuning for mileage, 4" turbo back exhaust.

Find an old use predator or PPE handheld tuner. Exhaust is more of an want IMO. I ran around for a year or more with 450+hp and a straight piped stock exhaust that cost $50.
