Only way your lb7 has a cat is if it’s a Cali emissions truck. Looks like you’re in Canada though.
Some non-California LB7s had the DOC (cat) if they were "fleet emissions" whatever that means. As for deleting the cat/EGR on "fleet emissions" trucks, you'd have to check if your local laws allow that.
If it is allowed, just get the following parts for/from a federal engine:

- Front exhaust pipe
- Passenger side up-pipe
- Y-bridge
- And these are not strictly necessary, but if you want it to look 100% stock
- Glow plug controller & wiring
- Engine harness
To add to your knowledge here, federal heads flow more than Cali heads as well. I’d be curious if the fleet heads use Cali heads or not. I would assume they do
Yes, they use the Cali heads.
And I forgot about the turbo & downpipe. Both subtly different, though I doubt it affects performance in any way.
i swear i saw that but i may have been mistaken, the intake ports are definitely smaller though maybe that's what i got mixed up
Put 4” dp back and a federal pu pipe and reflash a federal os. If its an 01 put an 02 tune on it
