Hi, I read all the posts and wondered if you know of other issues that could cause the smoking out of the lower pcv hose? What I can tell you is this;
1. I am on my 20th injector (all 8 changed 2.5 years ago with 150K/Driver's 4 changed 2 months ago when two of four failed)
2. Head gaskets replaced 9 months ago (both sides)
3. Cylinder balance rates are all normal in idle/neutral (+/- 1 from zero)
4. #6 cylinder reads 7-8 in idle/drive, while other cyls read 3-4
5. Smoke puffing out of oil fill when cap is removed
6. losing about a cup of coolant every week
7. Oil is not milky
8. No smoke is coming out of tailpipe
9. Slight knocking (ticking) coming from the driver's bank (not a fuel knock)
10. Using about 2 quarts of oil per 5k miles
11. Engine is not running really rough, but has slight vibration not noticed before.

I'm hoping it is the hold down bolt. Thoughts?
