Last weekend I blew out a bellows on my Profab up pipe (older design without bellows limiters) while pulling.
I sent Rick an email on Sunday, he got back to me first thing Monday morning, I sent him my uppipe and header overnight, and he had it back out to me within a day (repaired and upgraded with the new bellows limiters) in time for the pulls the following Friday.
It's rare that anyone is willing to stand behind and support their product so well, on such short notice, with this quality of work. Just wanted to say thanks for the excellent service.
