Everybody holding up on the east coast hurricane?

West central Connecticut gusty winds rain but not horrible . At this posting they say we are half way through. The shore area of Connecticut is getting hammered! Hope all is well Benny!

How are the West Virginia folks doing and surrounding area thought some of you were getting pounded with snow?

Man the wind was blowing about 50 here about a hour ago lost internet tv and the power flickered over and over and dimmed out thought that was it for power! Crossing fingers don't want to play with the generator!

Nothing really happening here in torrington yet. Just a little rain and wind.

When every thing went nearly out a hour ago I even lost cell service,forgot to mention. Never sen that before. Tell you what wind is blowing hard now,big change as of earlier. Hope we don't lose power and entertainment going to suck.

im in nh closer to vt then the coast go some bad wind and rain, lost power around 6 waited a bit for it to come on again, went for a ride and a tree took the power lines out. so i fired up the welder got some lights on. My wife is preg and could go anyday now im really hopeing it isnt tonight. Hope all the crews working the storm and everyone else is safe!!

after last years storm I went "boy scout", I was prepared and did "OK" but not like I am now

I now have 17.5KW whole house generator......stocked up on everything, bought extra generator plugs just in case, I have 100 gallons of fuel on hand, plenty of food, full tanks in all 7 vehicles, lots of guns and ammo, just in case, even have a machete in case of zombies.

Hoping everyone else is safe, saw lots of desperation in people the last few days as those that didn't learn from last years mess I see didn't do anything to improve their personal situation.

Its about past us here in NC. Luckily I'm about 150 miles inland and just got moderate wind and lots of rain. You guys stay safe and take care of your familys!

it has been raining all day in Maryland. and PA. almost all the roads are closed due to flooding and cops are issuing fines to anyone out on the road. wind picked up pretty good about 3 hours ago. i think there is still the worst of the storm to come but we are all doing good. my grandparts have a place in ocean city Maryland. it is getting beat up pretty good. glade they live near me and not there. to everyone else on the east coast stay safe.

got some rain,a few limbs down,i still got electric:thumb:,streets are flooded about 1/2 mile down the road alongside a river, about 2ft of water.but im high and dry stay safe everyone!

Street next to the inlaws has a few transformers on fire. I believe no one is hurt. Most likely a tree up rooted
