Thanks Kris, I'll enjoy this if you don't torture us too much longer :spit:

Sorry for the wait  I can confirm though that it was something in the twin setup that leaked and not the IC though if that helps ya at all tracking down your boost leak

LOL at Tackora Trail
Familiar wit the area I see :roflmao:
that line is 125 bucks at napa. i kinked mine though :D. make sure you put a new receiver/dryer on it as well
James, you really think I need a new reciever/dryer? I've followed some of your older threads regarding AC and I know you worked at a shop in AZ that did a lot of AC work, so as soon as it happened, I knew I would be in contact with you for some help getting it fixed up. I may go the custom route and tig on two -10 males and make a braided hose to go in between the two but its good to know I can at least get the hose at NAPA. Do you know how much the dryer is?
Looks nice. What are the specs on the two lil guys hanging off the side?
Thats :secret:
Looks like a plumbing nightmare but well worth it. I'm jealous.
Thanks man. You know every person I pop the hood for says the same thing!
Iam so jealous. That is my dream setup. Congrats
Thanks buddy:hug: Ever sisnce I saw the first triple setup on Trents truck, it became my dream setup and I had to have it. Lots of OT later, there she sits!

Surprised no ones commented on the colors scheme.....theres a theme in there (Black and blue for how my motor feels right about now :thumb:)

well shit, now you got me wanting a set! and i havnt even ran my big tune yet!!!! damn it kris, you do this to me every time!!

James, this thing is no joke now. Twins were sick, but this is just stupid. I've driven some fast cars (vettes, ferraris, lambos, porsches) and this thing feels like it will take them in a straight line. You know what they say though, it runs its best right before.........Im not going to say it.

When my rods put a nice view port in my block, I'll sell them to ya so I can get a budget build funded. Trips would look good on the limo for sure ;)

i think mine was 50 bucks. yours looks different than mine so it may be more or less. i always HIGHLY recommend it for the best performance anytime the system has been opened for more than an hour. there are little desecant bag/balls inside that are there to absorbe moisture and when its open to normal air, the fill up quick. this means that it can no longer absorb any moisture in your a/c system that may still be present when you add freon and charge the system. ive chaged systems without changing it but they never get as cold as they could be. Were are talkin about a 10-15* difference of what should be coming out of the vents. in the middle of summer, thats a HUGE difference when you get in and first start the truck up :D

id also yank the orfice tube and clean it. there was a TSB a long while back about junk plugging them in the early trucks due to poor cleaning of the system before GM buttom the A/C systems up. its inbetween where that big bolt joint is on the small line running along side your two turbos, it will be stuck down inside the tube that connected to the receiver dryer. undo that compression fitting and its right there.

Pm me when you get the parts to fix it and ill give the run down on how i prep the truck for freon and make them work at their best. So far, mine has worked the best it ever has after this last re-charge. Even better than when it was bought new.

Looks good Kris ! So far this is looking like a big success , especially considering the cost of the kit wont change , we will be able to offer a higher power upgrade / option at no cost difference ;) , those same Atmospheres we used on your test kit Dyno'd 1080 over the weekend on a built truck and larger High Pressure, they are pretty potent .

The results:
This is/was a test setup. They are larger then the base triple kit and Trent wanted to see how they would react with the stock charger in the valley. I added a batmo wheel to the mix as I felt it would be worth it considering the application and knew couldn't hurt. All I can say is :woott: every time this thing comes up on boost. It flat out rips and is down right scary now. I haven't played with it in any large tunes as I'm very gunshy but on my old twins 'daily driving' tune, its faster then twins on my race tune :baby: Anything under a 55mph roll on, the truck is sets the tires on fire. The spool is whats incredible though. It out spools the stock/475 twin application by a long shot. Trent was concerned with it having issues spooling due to the size, but so far with how I have the gate setup, its wicked. I still have some videos to send Trent and play with the gate some more, but will keep this updated and more pics/vids to follow :thumb:

Almost forgot....Kills in the 36 hours its been running: Porsche Carrera, M3, New hemi Jeep. Man I forgot how much I love this truck

Yea Jason I remembered what happened to you at the pull. The main reason I left it in was I didnt want to scratch up the firewall during the install but it is only a matter of time I'm sure. You dont happen to have the top AC line for an LB7 do ya?
I Dont believe I do but I will check and see....

Yea man when Trent told me this triple setup had the same atmosphere chargers as I do, I laughed and said holy sh*t!
[/B]I Dont believe I do but I will check and see....
I wouldn't think so Jason but you said you had all sorts of misc parts so I figured it was worth a shot. Appreciate it!
I need to quit looking at this thread, it's making me want to spend a lot of money.
Do it man!!!! Triples are sick! You'll never go back haha
WOW  !!! Sweet Set Up Looks Awesome ... Love That Blue !!
Thanks man. The blue is growing on me. Didn't think it'd be the flashy but I kind of like it.

anytime kris. make sure you get someone with a vac pump and a set of gauges as well. if not, hit up harbor frieght and grab their crap. the pump is 100 bucks there and the gauges are cheap. they will atleast work once and i can walk you through it on the phone as long as you have that stuff to read what the system is doing. best part is you can take everything back to harbor freight and gget your money back too :D
