We've "narrowed" it down to the possibility of about 15 different spline tooth forms that you could have so without more data, I'm not sure you're gonna get a definative answer. Maybe you'll get lucky and the one posted from GearTrax is your spline. Sorry...

On edit: Here's our best guess.
30* Pressure angle, 24 Diametral pitch which is what your tooth form should be and that confirms the GearTrax data. Mating female spline data should be in the gear machinist's programs.

There are no tables for common fine splines like you find on shafts, just formulas to generate new shafts.

I have a hunch I'm going to have just machine the spline off and go keyed output. Unless I can find a non-custom source for an internal mating part. I can't make internal splines.
