Engine swap holy moly , 06 LBZ into 05 LLY, no start

Alrighty y'all got it started but..... Now shakes a lot. Any suggestions or what am I missing. New harnesses checked grounds new primer fuel pump diesel yes.

I see the check engine light is on. Would help to know what codes it has. Otherwise it's a shot in the dark and were throwing out wild ass guesses...

It could be an injector issue. Double check all the connections.

Sure sounds like you got a mismatched injector firing order or maybe one or more injectors aren't firing. Wires or plugs into the wrong injectors or not connected properly. How's the balance rates? Do you have any smoke at idle?
