You have the body to eng ground at the driver side rear of the cylinder head hooked up?

Check the plug on the crank sensor. Use a meter pos on lite green, neg on yellow/blk. With the key on do you get 12v? Follow that harness back 6" it grounds to the block. It will not crank if that ground is bad.

Yes I do. I also clamped booster cables to block and to body and frame to make sure everything is grounded good and no change

Yes that ground was bad on the crank sensor. Fixed it and fired right up. Still blows my mind how that ground doesn't let me read ECM. Crazy electronics
