Ok thanks everyone for the help. Im gonna try cleaning connections on ecm and acclerator pedal and go from there. And if at the end all i have to replace is the pedal sensor ill be a happy man.
I had an 04 gas 2500 work truck that had pedal probelms. The shop replaced pedal and throttle body, cleaned harnesses, etc. Never fixed it. I ended up crimping the pins down in the connectors and no more problems. Worth giving it a shot
Yes thats my truck. I was going back and forth on selling it and decided to keep it, its one of those trucks i could never replace. I havent drove it since i unplugged the harness from the pedal and cleaned it. But wednesday im going for a ride. Must be something loose electrical because even when the display happens doesnt change performance. Im assuming its the code and its the pedal sensor.
