Engine locked up

Have you confirmed it's not a serpentine accessory locked up? I've seen bad ac compressors shut a ford right down

I have seen the same thing. That was the first thing i did.

Well I found the problem. The trans pump broke. The converter wouldn't come off so I had to cut it off with my plasma cutter. Just to get the converter off took me 6 hours of trying to draw it off and then out came the plasma. I have to get a new pump and some other things. I am just glad it wasn't my engine.

Very good to hear it is the tranny ! I thought it was on borrowed time with all that TQ down low with twins ! What are your plans for the tranny and converter ?

I already have a new sc 1058 i am going to put in it. I am going to do a suncoast kit with gpz's
