Engine color

I've liked the ones I've seen in gun metal gray with black & silver accessories/piping/etc. Very clean looking. It was a cummins.

I vote dark blue for all steel parts, and polish the aluminum parts (or chrome). That would look slick.

But there are a lot of other setups that look great. I also like dmaxfireman's coloring.

What color scheme should I paint the engine this time? Last run was rusted black and corroded aluminum with a smattering of grease and oil. (no paint)

What color is the truck? What colors are your other parts like suspension, decals etc.?

My friend John Esteves had 3 barney colored engines built for his sled puller that blew up. Guy finaly built him a motor and he has been kicking ass ever since. Seems barney likes to build a stock motor and charge 20K. Seems barney does the same thing with his Alli's.

theirs paint you can get that changes color ant different temps. i think that would be pretty cool and polish the valve covers.:thumb:
