Did you pop your motor or what? I know it'd be nice to have a built motor and all but why not run her till she goes?? This is just me but if I were in your shoes i'd throw a good set of 40% overs in to back the PW and timing down and run her around 650. It may last a day or several years like that but also save you lots of $$. 600-650 is a lot of fun and 10k for 200 more hp seems kinda crazy unless you have the money or the motor is hurt. That's just my opinion bud :thumb:

That's where a good spare block comes in handyThat totally depends on if you can be without your truck for a month or two while you build the engine.
Also, the problem with "popping it" is that you never know exactly what's going to be damaged when it "pops". Windowing a perfectly good block or scoring cylinders will look pretty stupid if you could've built it right beforehand. Just sayin'...
