Haa yea it's sounding like the same lady. I hAve heard of her writing tons of tickets for 57 in a 55 zone, for having stuff hanging from people's rear view mirrors, and I even heard od a story about her sliding into the ditch and getting pulled out by a tow truck, and the giving the tow driver a ticket for light out. She is a piece of work.
I dont know, the wife took it for me since I had to work. She said they looked under the hood, checked for a CC, used a sniffer on the exhaust and plugged into the OBD II port.
Only bad thing is AZ will only let you buy a one year tag once you start going through emissions.

Because they dont know any better and assume every diesel came with those. Cant wait till they look for the crap on the 2011's LOL.
