Hi guys ive been trying to read all over I'm new to the duramax forum and new to duramax/diesel trucks. I havnt had any issues with my truck just the other morning I went to start it and nothing. I put the key in let the glow plugs do their thing then when I attempted to turn the truck over I got nothing not even a click. batteries are good. all power/gauges are working when I do turn the key to start position then let go all the gauges reset... ive looked into the nsbu switch but I still see my prnd321 and I still see the indicator line underneath.. any answers could help thanks!!

Wife's Denali did the same thing you describe, dash lights come on etc. battery was good turns out it was the starter. Hopefully someone else will give you some idea what to do next.
You've pulled both batteries and had them tested not just a multimeter? You tried cranking it off just one battery?
had one do the same thing. Bridged it at the starter solenoid and it started. No problems after that.
