it was a bit of a pain because i remade the hole Post inter cooler pipe outa 3" SS ( got rid of the grid heater and ugly cast aluminum part.)

if seen a post or to where people pull the egr assembly and just make a plate that blocks off the ports where the egr was connected but you also have to make a bracket to hold the pipe up and nice and soled or els your blow out the "y" pipe neck because theres no other mechanical faseners that hold the neck in place..

oh and you also need to have a length of heater hose to put in place of the EGRs heat exchanger but thats the easy part

and trouble i had with mine when i first did it the up pipe from the exhust i had jsut the blocker plate keeping things sealed but after cuple 1000 miles the bellos just below cracked so i ended up welding a cap in place and has been holding for 30k or so with no probs.

Wasn't that bad, The stainless was like 90 bucks then just the time to make it.and we had to cut on the kneck from the bridge and we also added a tab and bolted the kneck into the bridge. We will be making a new one for th etruck were I can get the intake out better on the gt4202,This would work better for someone with a stock vvt or modded turbo. Also it would need to be painted or coated, It started to get some light surface rust from the salt this winter.I figured I would sell the intercooler pipe and the bridge at the same time.Figured around 375 for the bridge, pipe, and clamps and boots.
