As its pretty obvious and I told everyone I spoke with I had some serious problems with the person that was suposed to be taking care of these for me. Not really anyone elses problem but on the other hand there is not much I can do about it when I'm 400 miles from home working close to 100 hours a week. I was under the impression everything went out within the first week I was gone and didn't even realize there was a problem till that point. If people felt like they were getting the run around they probably were, as that was what I was getting and passing on. At that point I spoke with everyone and asked them what they would like to do.....refund, wait, whatever...I was open to just about anything as there was little I could do to expidite them when not there. I'm am still working to clean up this mess this weekend that honestly was just as aggrivating if not more to me than anyone else. I am sorry to all involved, if there is anything I can do please feel free to shoot me a PM and try to work something out.
