hey guys I've been out of the loop on dmax performance for a while now and am looking to get back into it some. I am currently in the process of trading a lbz for a lmm and want to delete the dpf and get better milage with it. I see the question has been raised whether or not efilive will allow a delete of the dpf or not. Could someone clear this up as to whether this is true or not?? Also with the proper tuning what could a guy expect for milage out of a lmm?

Yes, EFILive still allows you to tune for DPF deletes on the LMM trucks. As far as what to expect for mileage, you will see anywhere from mid teens to low 20s depending on conditions, truck, and tune. The typical truck will see high teens on the highway unloaded.

17 to 18 mpg seems pretty common in the summer depending how you drive it. They are fun and you can turn them up pretty high even stock.:thumb: Here in WI the weather is cold and the fuel sucks now.....so the mileage isn't that great this time of year.

Best I've ever gotten on the highway is 19 but I never get less then 17 even when it's windy. City only is more like 13.5-14.5 but thats more my bad driving habits than anything else.
