EFI Tuning for LLY

I want to load tunes into my buddies LLY. I have an LB-7. If he buys a license, I can load the tunes into his truck correct?

Yes but not LB7 tunes.

But yes if he gets a license, you can load HIS tunes.

Ok another question? Since i have 2 engine and 2 trans tunes or licenses', I can still load tunes into his LLY without buying a license correct? Just as long as he buys the LLY tunes, I can load them? Then my hand held will only be able to be used with his truck, and then my truck? Any other truck would require another license?

Once you use a lic on his truck your v2 will be linked to his truck. If he wants to tune it from another then it will need a new lic at that time.

Yes the license will allow you to flash his LLY. It will take up one ECM and one TCM license.

Being that the EFI handheld came with 2 of each, then i can do both his truck and mine? Correct? After that then i'd need to start buying a license?
