Efi trouble

My last laptop crashed and I bought a new one with windows7. I downloaded the latest versions from efi live website, but when I plug my v2 in it says efi cannot communicate with flashscan, I think it is my usb drives or something, can someone help. Thanks James

IIRC there should be a driver file in the EFI folder

my new comp. did the same thing until i loaded the drivers.

where is the folder and what do I do with the driver. Sorry for my ignorance.

I got the drivers loaded and Thought it was done. Now I am getting a message saying that I need to update my efi live cause its not campatible or something and I have the latest version off of the site. Any ideas. I'm about ready to throw it in the corner. Everything was fine until my laptop crapped out. Sorry for the rant! James

I bet you need to update your firmware on your V2.
