EFI live

I am looking serious into the EFI live and i am not sure if i want to go with it or not. I currently have the edge w/juice but i want more power. I am leary of the EFI live because i am not sure about setting up the new tunes. I was wondering if i bought the EFI live if anyone has any tunes or could help me set up any tunes. Any help with deciding will be highly appreciated!! I just need someones true imput on EFI live itself!

i can't speak about efilive since i dont know anything about it other than it is used to custom tune your truck. do you have a built trans? the edge already has the power to limp a stock transmission and efi will make a whole lot more power than what the edge can ever do so built tranny is pretty much required if you plan on it lasting on a higher hp tune.

I'm sure we can help you out. If you want full control, EFI Live is the only way to go. Do the research and you'll find EFI is the software to have.

EFI vs. edge

i went through the same thing you are going through approximately 2 weeks ago. so far i love the EFI a whole lot more than the edge. the EFI lets the tranny shift better than the edge and you can custom tweak and tune your truck to meet your exact needs. everyone on this site has been more than helpful with me in getting me started and teaching me. it is a constant learning process but it is definitely worth it. the guys on this site are awesome and will offer any info they can to help you out if you have any questions. hope this helps.
