I bought the PPEI 5 tune package and I'm having trouble with the maxx tune file. I reached out to DPP several times but it's gotten me no where. I get the 0331 error code around 50% when I install the tune. I was informed to do a full flash with the a flash but I get the 502 error I think I did something wrong when I first got the autocal with all the set up steps. the maxx tune file seems to have a 0 file size. What do I do next?

Kory Willis is the tuner. How does one go about having him re write it or do I need to harass the rep I been dealing with that's getting me know where? I just want the right file,
Either you contact PPEI directly or you keep trying to get a hold of the company or individual that sold the tuning to you. That is the only thing you can do.
