i go to start my truck today and the the engine cranked very slow... the only thing that was left plugged in was the EFI Live cable overnight, can it draw that much power to drain my batteries? Truck started yesterday, ran fine.

FlashScan will drain power over time, but unless the batteries are bad to begin with, I doubt they would go flat overnight. There was some detailed discussion about this on our forum http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?t=7365
i hooked a battery charger up and within 20 minutes the truck started just fine... when i turned the key to the run position before the charge the needle rose one click. Truck as been fine ever since
Do you have both batts installed?
Maybe have them load tested. They could be on there way out and the EFI live over night was enough to drain them if they are bad.
