EFI help needed

I have a dsp2 and I removed the tunes and went back to the stock tune.

now I would like to know how to put my dsp2 tunes back on the truck like it was before. I have a v2

Full flash the dsp2 tune in (fat red arrow) like you had to do to install the stock tune in.

(os change requires a full flash)

I did try that and I didnt notice a diffrence in the engine noise when I flipped the switch(as I have before) so I wasnt sure if I was doin it right???
