EFI created a bad file.

I used EFI Live tune 7.4 w/E85 to read my 07 alli 6 speed. I selected the controller Allison Trans (6spd) from the drop down menu, checked status, and then hit start. It looked fine, took about 5 minutes. Then got this message:


Unknown bin file format.
The file has been saved as C:documents setting

mine did the exact same-i reinstalled the updates and now its fine

Should I do a complete uninstall then reinstall or just install over existing files?

Someone posted they used firmware 57 and it worked when they got the same error I did with 58. I went to 57 and got a good read without reloading anthing!!
