Turbobrake work all the time in tow though right? It's really not supposed to work when not in tow mode. You could make it work but you'll have to change basically all the tcc tables and in short you would end with with 2 tow modes

Turbobrake should be working all the time in Tow Haul, but it was not consistent for me. weird things going on with my TCM I think?

I do like the brake though when it does work for me.... it works as good as it sounds! :D

Might be some other tuning parameters I am missing...
I am green to all of this.
sucks to be newbee... LOL

well the tcm has nothing at all to do with the operation of the turbobrake. now you wont feel it if the converter isn't locking but long as you're in tow haul and 2nd gear+ it should be active.

what rev range is it tuned to engage at? ive seen some tuners that don't have it engage until 2100rpm+ this could be your problem of why it feels "intermittent."

i have mine set to 0-10mm3 and 1500-4000rpm

The brake works all the time you just don't feel it when your not in T/H. Because it doesn't down shift when you take your foot out of it.
