Ebay Rules Suck

Anyone else ever have a issue with ebay over your account someway being linked to someone else and getting shut down because of theres and not you.Ex Gf years ago used one of my aol emails and my free dial up service and that is in some way linked to ebay with my aol account and I am locked down because of that when I had a great feed back.This is what they sent to me I think its crap.

We understand that you may not agree with the decision to suspend your
account. We take your concerns very seriously and have again conducted a
courtesy review of the matter. After further review, we have determined
that your account will remain closed with no option for reinstatement.

In reviewing your suspension, we have noted the following concerns:
- Community reports regarding authenticity
Your account appears to be linked to a previously suspended account
redfiretr that have concerns with:
- violations
- Members have expressed concerns with the authenticity of one or more
items

Please remember suspended members are prohibited from:

- Registering new eBay accounts
- Buying or selling using any existing accounts

We reserve the right to suspend both existing and new accounts opened by
anyone in the same household of a suspended user or by any other
associates of a suspended user.

I was only using it for old and new baby cloths and toys.And I would look at some RC Nitro car parts but I was getting ready to add some items from my site on there for sale and now that from something I can not control.I have free legal service but I think its easier just hammering there name in the ground were it pops up on google alot to piss them off like it has me.

Just get a new e mail acct from somwhere free a do it again. As far as I know that's all they use to track you with is an email acct.

Been there brother, someone else jacked my account and screwed some people around trying to sell cell phones and accessories. Took me a year before they let me back in, they are like the cops...everyone is going to jail, we'll sort the stories out later! Its been all roses since then bout 5 years now.

Looks like they want to send the same crap and not do anything else. What a bunch of pricks to deal with. Here is the last email they sent me tonight.

Financial Information or Account Behavior with the following previously
suspended account: redfiretr

Due to privacy concerns, I can't give out the specific details that were
found to be the same or similar. I am also not permitted to discuss the
suspension details of the originally suspended account unless you appeal
from that account.

I hope that you understand our position in this situation. I also hope
that it assures you that your personal account history will always
remain private.

We have reviewed this matter on multiple prior occasions, and we have
concluded each time that your account will remain suspended
indefinitely. Please be aware that eBay may not respond to any further
correspondence on this matter.
