New to pulling. Heard the e-locker is not longer available for the front. True?

I'm not sure if anyone has tried it, but the dodge power wagons come factory with an e-locker in the front. I thought somebody told me that they could be re-worked to fit in our trucks. Maybe somebody else has some insight.

I have heard that the Dodge locker will work also, but haven't seen it first hand. The ARB air locker is probably the best option right now.
We welded the one in our 2.5 truck and havnt had any issues.
Not the most feasable option but will unlock the front end and can be street driven still. The ARB is pricey

I don't want to go air locker. I recently welded the rear and have plans to weld the front this winter.

I almost went to a dhd slide collar before getting fleece shafts and a e locker. If they billet collar can hold the power, then that, along with a Lincoln locker up front is the cheapest and best option out!! If my street truck breaks one that's what it gets next

My front is welded with stock slide collar and front diff and have only broke one collar in 3+ yrs in a 2.6 truck. I just haven't seen the need to spend a bunch of money since stock is holding well
Same here. Iv seen more slide collars break racing then pulling. As long as the diff bushings are tight, the stock stuff seems to work well.
I broke 3-4 before I had to get a new case half cause it windowed it. After that I was done lol

Has anyone upgraded to the 11.5 front diff from performance pros?

Many limited pro trucks went to the proformance 11.5 front. If you are not at that level or higher, it would be completely overkill. Not to mention it is not a bolt in option.
