Wherever I am working
that was killer to watch....couldn't believe the front suspension took that beating with just tie-rod sleeves. Nice run...my wife even liked it. My little girl was pretty impressed too. BTW she (the little one) loves my DMax.

It was very cool, congratulations Ed. As was said you did us all proud. Not sure if the front end tow in tire shake was good or bad. Sure shows one of the main weeknesses of our front suspension, but also shows how tough they are. I was looking for a roll bar and didn't see one, you installer did a great job hiding it. Was that all motor or did you spray it a little, couldn't tell. I was a bit surprised it didn't clean up the smoke totally, lots of fuel I gather. Anyway, great job and wey to represent the dmax for all of us.

That was a fuel-only pass. Those slicks were still new to me and I was doing 'O.K.' with them until I got on that %&*ty track!! Those particular wheels didn't have much B.S. which added to the problem.
Can you imagine what it would have done if I didn't have the sleeves on??? I'm just glad it didn't break.

I can get it off our DVR on a DVD. But it might not be until after Bonneville since I need Pat's help.

If no one has done it by then I will...

We have a DVD player/burner hooked up to the TV. I think it was like $200 at Costco.

I'd like to know how to do that as well..............a friend of mine has it on DVR and I'd like to get it on CD or tape or whatever...........

DVRs and PVRs have a firewire port on them. just need a cable and a port on a laptop, Well that is what I use to do when I had a PVR from Shaw. Then you would need to covert them to say .avi.
