Duramax LLY Missing?

Hey guys, need some expert advice. My truck motor has been rebuilt. I got it head studded and heads redone and re ringed Pistons and etc, stock rebuild. I had all 8 injectors replaced as well. Now I got it back and it had a miss in idle. I bought a cts2 as well to see everything instead of gauges. Anyway my cts2 will pick up my balance rates and they are in spec. 1.9 2.0 kinda rates. But when the truck starts the miss in idle it will show 0 across the board on the cts2 and then when it clears up it will show rates again. I have warrantied 4 injectors and still have it, done new injector pigtails and even ice picked. Sorry if this is in wrong section. Oh I did have the builder re check the valve spec to make sure nothing came out of spec

No, number 5 cylinder valve was stuck and the piston was smacking it causing for the rebuild. The cause I believe was cause of 3 months prior my turbo went out and had only 3 quarts of oil left in it. She is 5k miles to Florida and back but ya.

For some reason my cts refuses to show balance rates on my lly. Doesn't show any numbers at all.

Good suggestion there, forgot to mention I have done all wiring. I have fixed the known bad spots and checked all wiring. I can check that one off the list. It is weird guys cause it runs and drives fun it is just the idle in park or not in gear. If i put it in drive it will clear up.

Do note I did go for the remanufactured injectors and not new ones. I did not think I would have this kind of trouble. Going to contact manufacture and see if I can pay difference for new ones. I been kinda looking for ones to give better mileage. I'm still rocking my stock transmission.

I'm not sure who the manufacturer is on the injector. I know it is a bigger company. My engine builder is the one who installed them. Burn down I will try that ground as I don't think I have tried that one, my miss is weird, I have a garret powermax (loud turbo) and you can hear it cutting out from the exhaust in idle. Almost aounds like a lope but really quick, I have a lope tune don't need it to really do that lol thanks!!

My sounded like a miss fire at first, small lope or stumble then progressed to a loud knock.
