Need some help! Have a 04.5 LLY that sounds like a case tractor , won't move! Replaced #2 and #7 injector harness today and had no effect, My PPE is throwing a ton of codes!

did you check the injector harness coming out of the ficm mod, look at the harness as it sets on a support bracket next to the alt, cut zip tie and look and see if the wires a chafing.

Change your fuel filter and smell your fuel to make sure you didn't put gas in by mistake

The fuel filter was the 1st thing I changed , lol I kno where the diesel pumps are ...

Recheck the FICM wire harness-- if you don't cut the zip tie, you will not see the possible problem. This a common problem for the LLY engine.

Cut the zip tie pulled them all out to look at them, no chafes ,cuts or broken wires. This happened after just taking my edge out and installing my pillar gauges , I had the edge on stock power level and was only using it temporally for the gauges, and had my PPE on 3

I have seen the bale connectors create loose connections after being hooked/unhooked several times. It ran like you are describing and thru tons of codes. Make sure you are getting a good connection on the bales.

Had to walk away before I put a wrench thru the windshield , I'm goin to try and trace every wire friday when I get home

Maybe recheck your bale connectors also

we had this happen to our truck...an this is what it was...pull them apart,clean,plug back in. lol we used a zip tie to make sure the plug was tight.

Ok have tried takin the bales off cleaning , even plugged the edge back in... But it starts up sounds like its gunna run right then still goes into this mode ....

Hahaha DURAMAX UP!!! Turns out the number 8 injector plug was stressed too , I removEd the bracket wiggled the wires around and not she's back on the road , but headed to get a new plug for that side aswell, thanks guys for the help !
