Getting ready to start on my lbz 2500 chassis Tahoe build. Trying to decide on turbo. Thought I had already decided a on a 64mm drop in vgt unit. But want to see if you guys agree before I go pick it up. I’m not looking to build a drag truck here but do want to have fun with it. It’s going to be my daily driver and pull the boat (4500 lbs) to the lake, with the occasional car trailer or whatever.
Using the truck in my sig as the donor so already have egr gone, 3in down pipe, lift pump, and ordering a pcv reroute kit.
Is the drivers side manifold with the money to update it to the newer style? Anything else I should do while the cab is off?
