I just replaced all my brake lines this week and while at replaced the batteries.
Now it wont fire. Just cranks. It ran probobly best ever last sunday, sat a week and now nothing.

try touching the ecm with a ground wire and have someone try and start it while you have it grounded,its a long shot but try it and see if it starts we just had this problem.Reluctor wheel come loose by any chance ive heard a few people here lately having that problem.

One thing I've never noticed before is Batt light and all 4 4wd switch leds pulse as it cranks.
Tomorrow I guess I'll pick up the scan tool from the shop.

Might be worth checking to see if the anti theft is enabled in the tune , if so disable it and see if that does it .

If the lights are pulsing, just double check that the battery connections are all tight. I have found that a loose connection on one of the batteries can cause all sorts of strange problems.

and check the grounds on the frame and motor and wherever else they may be. check them all

Vats? Is the security light flashing

Flashes when I open door. Stops when I close it. Stays on solid if I lock with key fob.

Just scanned it. Came up with:
P0089-FPR Performance
P0090-FPR Control Circuit
U1800-Lost Communication With Fuel Injection Module
I didnt touch motor other than battery cables and it ran best ever last sunday when I took it for a ride.
Any sugestions on what to look for? or did FICM take a dump?

Just a shot in the dark, but you didn't pinch a wire when you were replacing brakelines or bats?

Did you try the ground wire to the ecm like i said?We just had an issue with the ecm grounds getting burned out from the batt terminal touching the ecm and it burned the grounds out and all it would do was crank

Have you tried a shot of ether?

Did you check all fuses? With the 4x4 buttons flashing it almost sounds like you touched the tcm with a ground source. But....... Hard to say. Not sure if lb7's will start with a fried tcm. I know lbz's won't.

When I fried my tcm it wouldn't do anything. All the lights would come on but no crank. I ran a ground of the tcm case to the body and she fired right up

hook your efi up and see what the cranking rail pressure is. you might try unplugging the FPR and see if it fires up too. they always run their best right before something happens .
