X2 on everything needing to be very tight . Leaks arent uncommon .
X2. I dont wanna say it yet but I think somethings wrong :(

No lift pump, medium tune (like a high PPE street tune) should I loose rail psi with a dual fueler (a lot of rail psi, fall on its face low rail psi) with a dual fueler?

that would have to be a very very big leak, Sounds like one of the pumps are not working or the box, Might want to try going back to 1 cp3, What turbo do you have on.

Stock turbo. Its not leaking but when I had issues with the other controller causing regulator to go full open, I was seeing a leak right around that area. I think its plumbed wrong.

I found I was blowing fuel from the small return line that loops to the rail and you end up moving to the gold block for the race valve or stock fprv. The return side was not keeping up and blowing fuel past the clamp.

All right, everything is plumbed right. When I had the high pressure issue, it was leaking out of that nipple on the rail.

Everything seems good to go now.
