Dual CP3 rail pressure question

After installing dual CP3s, I noticed on my truck that rail pressure was kind of jumpy at higher fuel quantities and RPMs. I thought it had something to do with my kit not being a mass produced kit, but today I was doing some logging on another truck that does have a mass produced kit that was doing the same thing. I originally had the stock B1015, and I modified it a little to try to fix it. Didn't really do much other than make it lose rail pressure a little. Is this normal?

Is this the LBZ?

Try adjusting fuel pressure parameters B1018 and B1019.

LLY

B1008 and B1009

Duty 99 and 1 respectively.

Otherwise, adjusting the large adjustment would be in order depending on response time in the log. Post a picture if you could.

what do you mean jumpy? spikes upwards or what
Spikes up and drops back down lower very rapidly. Here's a screen shot.

Yes, it is on an LBZ, and thanks, I'll give that a try. What will that adjustment do? It's set at 95 and 5 now.

That sure looks like a rail pressure regulator chattering? But, try the large pressure compensation to be sure as well as large time compensation B1017 which you may want to slow down.

Edit: Being an LBZ, B1015 would be your best bet. Also, monitor you rail temperatures.

99 will help cut the fuel off, and give more control on volume for idle.

1 will open fully but, you may not need this if you have stock injectors and can hold rail. Usually not if a lift pump is feeding the cp3's.

I don't see a B1017 anywhere in my tune. What is "regulator chattering"?

What OS are you using Josh?
My OS is 3624, but the other truck I saw was acting very similar and is OS 6128. Here's a pic from one of the logs from it.

I have had the same problem on my truck for about 3 years now? Did you fix the problem, I still havent figured mine out. I have one stock cp3 and the other one has a modded SD fuel pressure regulator.
