I ran dual pumps and a 4094 @ 575rwhp and 975tq for 2 years with no issues, 3 months with twins on conservitive tuning but was still stronger then the 4094 and was ok, 2 weeks with a big tune and it was smoking at idle ona 75* day (bent rods)!

how big of a tune

Ok, say a person has been running a +/- 3200 PW for years and thousands of miles and leaves it alone. This person then adds duel cp3's and continues for several care free months with the exception of bumping up the fuel pressure from 180mpa to 190mpa.......Now this person adds twin turbos  Has this person gotten greedy

Now say he drops the PW back to say 2800, does that make him safe or is the commanded fuel pressure still gonna hurt things

I would say that the said person is very lucky and loves his diesel truck:D
I would also say that the said person should be looking for a motor to build

i would really watch the power under 2500 rpm with those twin pumps and turbos larry. you can get into some seriously hot water really quick if you are not ;)

I run that WD CP3 and it mimicks a Dual CP3 setup ... 3300 pw 26,000psi and I have yet to have anything pop.. But my tune has NO power below 2700 rpm it doesn't make very fun for street driving but I am under the impression torque bends these rods.

Larry ,I would start out with the 2800 tune , if it runs what your after then stop there , if it doesnt then crank her up untill it does , trap speed will tell alot and ultimatley X hp will bend rods , and untill you run the truck how are you supposed to know what X = :D

3250us, 28*ish @ 3000rpm:D, 48psi, 250mpa , ran the same tune for two years with the 4094 but only 34 psi, difference being the 40 was laggy, and didnt make peak power till 3200 rpms.

Was that with bigger injectors??? 250mpa...isn't that approx 36,200psi????

All I can say is WOW!!!

No that was with stock injs, I dont beleive the system will ever make 36000 but i think maxing it out ensures im getting all i can out of the pumps!!
