It really depends on the style, location of mounting, tank size, tank location, pump, hp level and piping. also v-band or bead roll. I can help but must have some info before quoting a price.

1000 hp diesel cores? I'm just curious because Ive seen some cores from chiseled racing that are 3-4000 hp after talking to them. They recommend a min 3 k for a diesel. Have you heard anything like this?

They use Garret on the smaller ones, the reason they don't on bigger ones is because of the 2 piece desighn ( 2- 1000 hp ) for a 2000 hp cooler.

We can add as many cores as you would like and it does not hurt to have more cores. Just remember the price goes up with the addition of each core. But for what we were talking about 1000hp to 1500 hp 2 will do the job great.

Any plans to build something for a DD set up up using a cooler and a different design on the IC that doesn't block air flow to the coolant rad???

No real plans to build them now...But if I get someone really wanting one I will make the time to fab it for them
