DSP5 switch help

Now if the switch still isn't working after I got it all wired in could it be a bad switch? I have tried moving the ground and everything even pulled the pin back out of the ECM an checked all wires. I don't mind buying a new switch if it gets it working. Is it possible to have a bad switch?

If the switch isn't working, then the pin isn't seated right. A switch could theoretically be bad, but Rob told me he's NEVER seen one.

Use a safety clip from the wire side and push the pin down to seat it further. You should be able to see the terminal from the bottom or at least the reflection.

Make sure it has a good ground.
