Im thinking the same way , twins is the answer . Just need help doing it and some $$ . The usual limiter in HP is $$ .
There isnt any bolt on kit for the kodiak . All custom set up and turbo position is a issue . I have a few ideas though . The way PPE did Pats is a option with some relocation of elec components . A pain though , Joe and I talked about it a few years ago , but I didnt want it low in the right front fenderwell . Didnt like it there . didnt like losing fender liner either .
I have seen it done on a different kodiak back east , but my 2nd cp3 is in the way for where I have seen it placed on that kodiak . Looked clean though . Top front of motor turned sideways . Could work if cp3 taken off and a wicked single with lift pump . Kinda use to having plenty of fuel .
Either way for now a real turbo is in order and where I think I am going with it . A 40-94 and see if it is too big for daily driving and some towing . If to big I will put a 40-88 on and go with it for a while while the twin thing is figured out .
I wish there was more sled pulling here on the west coast . Looks like waiting till August is when next event around here is coming up .
You guys back east have pulling events all the time . Lucky .
We have year round drag racing . You can only race the kodiak so much before it becomes boring though . 15's just doenst cut it for fun .
Impressive for weight , but lame at the same time .
Time to hook to a sled for some exhibition pulling . Now that sounds fun digging hard in 4wd in the dirt . Suprised there isnt any kodiaks powered up pulling yet .
