Installed the driver side dipstick from hsp and it seems to be in a weird spot. Checked it so many times and its the only spot it mounts to. Does it look normal to you guys?

Definitely bend it forward a little. Make sure it’s fully seated in the trans before doing so as to not break anything.

A little update. Pulled the dipsick and used a conduit pipe bender on the top two pre bent portions and bent them further foward. I threw the bender's handle in a vice and slowly leaned into it until I felt movement. Thankfully everything is pulled currently so i could very easily install and remove it so I could progressively check the movement of the end of the dipsick. Went much easier and smoother than I thought.

What does that specific dip stick do besides relocation? Sorry for my lack of knowledge?

Literally just that. It is so it is out off the way of the s300 turbo's downpipe. I think there is clearance issues with the s300 downpipe and the stock passenger side dipstick.
