Matt, you've got it all wrong. No reputable tuner is going to publish a "how-to" about it, nor hand out their hard-earned work on LML tuning for free.
You first might want to learn more about how openly publishing LMM deletes has gotten companies/tuners in financial trouble with the EPA in the past before taking your LS experiences and generalizing them onto us.

LS experience or not...The point I made is still the same. Its not about publishing a How to....Its about those that do know how to do a work around will RARELY (if ever) share that info for fear of losing a dollar...instead of helping their fellow gear head. Its one thing to ask for free tunes, its another just to want to level the playing field and have the tools available to them to try to do their own. That's all Im saying. This isn't about LS vs. Diesel.....I didn't just jump into the diesel world, I just happened to just now start posting a build which was something worth looking at. I'm not anywhere near versed about the Diesel stuff as I am anything LS, but, I do know all about when and why changes were made, because they are affecting the Gas world as well, especially with some of the new PCM's and the way the factory is trying to lock down access to them. IMO, the EPA overstepped a bit on the last hit to the diesel tuning as it restricts anyone wanting to really do true offroad or competition stuff, but its all lumped together without access or going to a full expensive stand alone control. I know you cant even discuss DPF and other type deletes on the HPT boards at all as it will be deleted as a way for those guys to CYA. My other point was how I got PM's like I was the one who leaked out info....and I didn't...I just made a post with an opinion....and last I checked, in this country, that's still something we should be able to do pretty freely for the most part. :thumb:
