Yes they go by tq and the Duramax took top tq for a couple years but them.cummins trucks are tq.monsters

I guess I've never heard of a dyno competition based on torque numbers.. just seems silly.

A lot of torque at a low rpm just isn't as potent as a decent amount of torque at a higher rpm....
