DP mag with new duramax rods

I was at a friends house last nite and was flipping though the new diesel power mag and saw some new duramax rods i just can't remember who was making them has anybody else seen that?

It's the Howards rods @ $2999 if it was the same "New Products" listing I saw. It's a gas parts shop expanding into the diesel market.

Jegs even has them now.

I didn't lock at the DP magazine, if there are Howard's, then there are the same as DPR's or Curtis Halverson's. Howard and Curtis worked over 3 years on this rods and I think there are the x-beam. Both have the right to sell them under their own name, Curtises design and Howard produce them.

2700 vs 2850 according to guy's website am I missing something? 150 a set for wrist pin oiling.....to me it seems worth it but what do I know.

Carillos can also be had with wrist pin oiling, I forget the price though.

X2 I hope the Dmax stuff comes down soon, i would really like to build a motor but at the prices they are getting its too far out of my reach for now.
