Many women are loud and stubborn too.

Bassets are carbon copys of them. Noisy and they throw a fit if they dont get their way. Ours whines barks and howls while tearing apart her kennel or anything else in the house of you arent giving her attention. She want do anything she doesnt want to and cant seem to ever make up her mind. Never seem to be able to always make her happy either haha.

Our beagle Fritz. Got him from a hunter on my route a couple years ago. He was a year old, and had failed at tracking/hunting. The p/o was going to send him to the pound because he wasnt working out. He figured Fritz would make a better family pet than a working dog, and he was right.

Honest-to-God, for how it all happened over a span of three weeks.....from the kids asking specifically for a beagle to Roni and I seeing this gentleman in a store while Xmas shopping (I was going to ask him about where to buy a beagle when I saw him next), to picking the dog up two weeks later, we were destined to own this particular dog.

Pictures of Fred. She is 4.5 months old now. Basset Hound

Named her after Fred in Smokey and The Bandit. I have a 73 KW like snowman too lol.

She's a terrorist right now, but still fun. The white thing in her mouth in the 2nd picture is paper. She loves shredding paper. Everything gets hung up in here jowls. Can't wait till summer time when i can feed her outside. Now the kibble gets stuck in her jowls and she drops it all over the house. Its not as painful as legos, but still hurts to step on sometimes.

She looks like flash from the old dukes.
Nice dog man. Can't help but smile when you see her.

English pointer named Millie I rescued a few months ago. Engages lightspeed frequently. And trusty Max my Pudelpointer who hibernates until hunting season.

My little buddy. Best I can tell he's a lab mixed with Jack Russell. Smart as a whip but very very sensitive. If I raise my voice at all to him or even around him he gets his feelings hurt. I've never hit or hurt him. Never seen anything like it. His early life must have been horrible. He was plucked out of a box on the side of the highway at around 5 weeks old by my buddy working for animal control. I took him right off his truck an hour later. He's now about 8 months and goes everywhere I can take him with me. Amazing how they can really grow to be your best friend.

The time has come to put our dog Socks to sleep this afternoon. A decision I had a hard time making. She is approx. 17 1/2 years old now. She was dumped off when I lived on the dairy. I had her longer then my hubby or my kids.

Here she is as a basically a puppy.
