i blew a intercooler boot apart from ets on the driver side at the intercooler the stock ones dont hold up now the ets dont hold up.

what elevation and boost are you running?

It is probably a heat issue, not just pressure.

sea level pretty flat in ohio boost it depends about 50 with smaller charger big charger is about 65 to 70

You might really benefit from fogging pre-compressor. Will lower COT up to 200 degrees. That, in turn, lowers COP 5-8 psi for the same plenum boost. Power benefits as well.
