You could stick the MAF right on the turbo like the photo 04jimc posted, or you could add it to the piping after the intercooler. It might be harder to tune slapped right on the turbo like that, but will probably last longer than being mounted after the intercooler.

I would start with it turbo-mounted, personally, and see how hard to tune it is.

This is probably what I will do unless someone chimes in with a MAF that is made for the pressure piping that can be used with whatever values we have available to modify in the DMAX OS tables.
