And you have a lb7 so I feel sorry for you
Perhaps you could be voted in as PPE Spokesperson. Not doggin on you at all. The best advice is to just chill on doing the addition thing of what the Ford and Dodge guys do: add up all of the advertised "horsepower mods" and get realistic.
Do you want 750 to 1000 HP? There's a lot of difference there. Which do you want? Whichever it is, plan on a short block build. This means at least connecting rods and probably pistons and a cam. To support the cam, new valve springs. To support all of that, a little machine work. When ALL of that is done youre looking at some coin.
To be honest, yes PPE can support 1000hp with PPE stuff alone, but if you are going that way (which doesn't make sense) you have to figure in ALL of the support. You can't win a battle fighting with m-16s alone. Good luck to your endeavor.
I like tacos.
im looking for more around 700 cuz i still want it reliable. im having the transmission shop pick my truck up today i blew the tranny last night if theres anything i could put in it that would be use full i could use the help. and what about stacking n efi live on top of the banks and getting an high flow exhaust manifold with up pipes?

YUPPut that banks in the garbage when you get efilive. You may wanna put some billet shafts in the trans while it's out if your looking to see 700+RWHP.
YUPhere's a list to start with.
-Have the transmission built by a reputable builder who knows their way around an Allison transmission.
-Contact one of the many efi live tuners their is and have them build you max effort stock turbo tunes.
-Install a lift pump like the FASS 150.
After you get bored with the 500-550 RWHP then look into turbo upgrades and get yourself up around 600rwhp. Once that gets boring add some larger nozzles to your injectors and start saving for a full motor build ($10k at the cheapest). 700 rwhp will not be reliable with a stock bottom end. Their is several guys out there that are doing it, but they are on borrowed time and are well aware of it.
Just spend some time researching, reading, and researching more on this forum. I can almost guarantee that any question you have has been answered at least 3 times before. The answers are out there, you just got to find them.
